Without our solution, businesses are plagued with countless no-shows & last-minute cancellations, costing billions! Left with no way of dealing with them effectively.

QZee's Inspiration?
Eat-out to help-out inspired QZee. A lot of us had endeavoured to book to go out for food to make the most of the scheme. Every restaurant was booked up for weeks. A couple of us decided to test our luck and head into town to see if we could get in anywhere. We observed many vacant tables at every business. When we asked if we were able to take these tables, we were told we couldn't as the business had to hold them for bookings that were late, in actual fact probably didn't turn up. More research stunned us. We found that businesses are losing billions every year & that no smart solution has presented itself other than un-popular deposits/charge systems.
Tedious Booking Processes
Making a booking can be tiresome. With no all-in-one solution, clients are typically led around the bush while booking. Many of these systems were hurried out during COVID and can be quite clunky.
Deposits Turning Customers Away
No-shows and last-minute cancellations are skyrocketing. As a result, many businesses rely on deposits, pre-payments & charges. It's not well-received and is turning away customers.
No Viable Last-Minute Solution
Most establishments require a minimum of three days notice if you wish to make a reservation. Our technology allows consumers to receive a booking/walk-in exactly when they want it while not interfering with current appointments.
